Hi Laffers, I'd like to share some thoughts while reading Warlord's Hail Caesar, if anyone is already familiar with it, I'd like him to drop a line.
- Basing: oh, yes, plenty of freedom, no strict code. Things are good as players agree that. I'm happy I'm not a tournament player.
- Moving: no wheeling? I'm wondering what's the feel of so much freedom of movement!
Overall by now: a ruleset written by a team of seasoned players, with seasoned players as market target. No over-ruling, and everything well expressed in meta-language too (i.e.: "we wrote this and that rule to help you in gaming terms in this and that way").
