The building are Pegasus. Sold as 1/72 but the fit 28mm as far as I see. They also sell a pre painted Ukranian house but I have not seen that one and don't know how it is size wise.

Wow, those absolutely fit with 28mm ... that's a great tip.  Now, I wish I could find some similarly affordable  buildings to fit English villages for VBCW.

The old man with the flag is from the Old Glory ww1 Russian command pack. I am thinking of replacing the OldGlory figures with the figures that have been proposed by ts on this forum when or if I I can get hold of them in the UK.
