Indeed, I especially like the rough-shaven look you have given some of them. Impressive.

Excellent work  8)

I love the painting style you have used on the Turks.

Only 30 more to go?

Come come we wish to see hundreds
Best wishes,
Helen

Just when I was feeling good about my painting skills, you just had to go and post these photos.
The uniform color looks great and I think my next batch of turks will emulate yours.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I kept them very simple to better my chances of completing alot of them. And by alot I mean 30 or 40, maybe even 50 someday. Enough to cook and do laundry for Helen's proper army.

Fifty figures? Surely that will make it your largest army ever if you pull it off!

I may have to grab some Aussies and poms and slap on my sub-standard paint jobs if you keep it up.

If I were to actually finish 50 figures.... You know, I don't even know what I'd do. Its almost chilling.

I have almost 40 Vikings done. They take alot longer, just trying to figure out colors and shields.  I like alot of small, strange projects inbetween but grinding out these Turks is something I'll always be working on in the coming months.
