« on: 10 November 2012, 12:43:13 PM »
I have an old west train project and I wish to buy or convert 28mm miniatures to realise a nice railroad site.
Havec you got any suggestions?

Obelisk Miniatures do some nice Chinese as do Pulp Miniatures. They have suitable coolie types carrying baggage etc.

There was thread some time back where a guy built a diorama of a sluice mine but I think the coolies were laundry types. Perhaps some West Wind Vietnam civilians?

The range made for the 'Ti-ping' rebellion  and those for the Boxer rebellion should provide some suitable figures. Should be able to pick up some 2nd hand. (sorry but cannot remember the manufactuers)
