old egypt house 25 mm
« on: 02 January 2013, 08:10:24 PM »

this is a project that I´m doing with plastic and putty. The basic structure is made in plastic t and the texture is done in two parts putty. The pieces can be situated from biblical times until today.

Very nice - love the texture you obtain with the putty.  :)

Very nice indeed. Looking forward to seeing it with a lick of paint when finished.

that is very nice, but you could probably obtain similar result with simple wall filler (don't know the proper name), which is considerably cheaper and also much faster to appply!

Beside of that, the overall result is very suggestive!

Looks good. I agree with Sang, filler would do the trick.

Thanks guys for your nice words.

This is a master for Germania figures, thus this ned a bit of time before we can see this piece painted.
this texture can be obtaines with some different materials or combination of it, but this must be send to client by normal post service and I need a strong material for that the piece can survive to travel. Plastic is the most suitable material for this.

 cheers
Carlos
