(COMMERCIAL) What's happened to TAG miniatures.

Anybody know what's going on. Not answering emails, all quiet on the new Tudor figures, not delivering orders etc.

There's been an update (and apology for lack of communication) on the Tudor kickstarter page.

I put an order into them last week and hot my figures after a couple of days so no issues there.

As anyone, who placed orders for their Tudor range in lieu of their original kick start pledges, received the figures they ordered? I see TAG announcing the range is available and can be ordered in their on line shop, but I've not yet received my original order placed in April as a substitute when the Kickstart did not succeed. I've written 4 e-mails in the course of the life of this order and not yet received any replies or any figures. I've just tried ringing them and got no answer, not even an answering machine. Is anyone else experiencing delays or have I just got an unlucky order?

I received my TAG order today via the original Kickstarter. I even spoke to Pete on Facebook today so communications is good.

Please continue to follow up with the Assault Group as I'm sure you will get a response.

I think it depends on what you pledged for. Most of the Tudor range is ready now but some items aren't ready yet. I know that's the case with mine.

Took Tank Girl's suggestion and sent a message on Facebook, got an almost instantaneous response and should be getting my order next week.
