(COMMERCIAL) Does hasslefree miniatures respond to email?

I have emailed them 4 times over the last two months concerning an order but never got a reply.  I emailed all of their posted addresses as well info@ support@ sales@ theirnames@  but no luck.  Anyone have a similar experience or am I ending up in their spam folder or something?

Never had a problem with Hasslefree that they did not solve quickly.
Try through http://forum-of-doom.com/index.php or their Facebook perhaps.

Have you tried checking your junk folder? A lot of replies from mini companies seem to go straight to my junk folder. One from Sarissa Precision was there for a week before I checked it today on the off chance that's where it had gone.

They've changed over the management of their store. Try contacting the Artemis Black store about it as he is managing his own store and Hasslefree's as well to give Kev more time to sculpt and Sally time off from work.

Ahoy hoy, passing on a message from Artemis as he's misplaced his LAF account  , he's emailed you from his Artemis Black account as you didn't get anything from the hasslefree one.

Yup it turns out they had emailed me last month, perhaps when I thought to check my spam folder some attempts latter it was old enough to have been purged from the folder.  Anyways, everything is sorted out now.

They got a guy famous for not answering emails for his own company (Artemis black) to run the customer contact side for Hasslefree? Oops...

Technically they got a guy famous for not being open at all for half the year to run everything 

And HF hasn't been closed a single day since he did
