FIW for Black Powder or Maurice

I have loads of figures, originally for M&T but, as you do, now it amounts to a two brigades a side, with cavalry and guns, lead pile.

I am minded to do a SYW BP army instead (I have both sides, it was wrong not to).

Has anyone else done this and how did you base it, esp the Irregulars and natives?  I have the BP LAoK for the stats.

As you can see, my summer visit to NE USA and Canada is still buzzing around in my head.

Off to the Town Hall tonight to see Peter Snow talking about the Burning of the White House in the 1812 War, as well.
