Yup. It's in their Berlin or Bust range, very confusingly listed under "separate heads system" here instead of, say, French resistance.

Dixon has French resistance/civilians too, and many more options can be found in the FUUK showcase. However, many of those are quite generic Europeans so not that distinctly Dunwichy. Even more are available in various places as Pulp civilians, VBCW and such if you don't insist too strictly on straw hats, overalls, pitchforks, and shotguns...

(Strangely enough, I just found this while browsing around. Everything you need in one mini. Is Excalibur still in business?)

Is Excalibur still in business?

That is a great find...wow...and yes, I believe they are still in business.  I think I saw a conversation about them recently on a random forum.

I will be buying that mini...and will try and get some photos of my other Dunwich Folk...good minis are hard to find...
