Hi Folks!
« on: April 22, 2010, 01:45:31 PM »
Been lurking as a guest for a while, since Supervike pointed me towards here.

My name is James. I am 42 and live with my lovely partner Kath just outside Plymouth, Devon.

I was an RPG'r back in the eighties and even ended up working for Virgin Games, Oxford St, selling games between 1986-89. I used to paint minis for the display cabinet there.

I then drifted away from gaming but have got back into the hobby in the last 5 years, mainly from a Boardgame stance. Faves are Last Night on Earth, A Touch of Evil, Arkham Horror and Middle Earth Quest.

I am really enjoying painting again and have improved a great deal over the last 5 years, especially since I got some high-mag reading glasses. :D

I am currently working on my first batch of Studio Miniatures and really love the sculpts. Will post some when I am done.

Anyway, just wanted to say high and make sure I have posted so not to be deleted after 4 weeks.  ;) :D

Cheers

Welcome aboard.
You may well have served me in the 80's. I used to drop into Virgin from time to time.
I don\'t know whether to be a good example or a horrible warning.
