Wansui if you can read kanji I may ask if you can identify certain armours in future if I get stuck, fortunately my brother reads hiragana and katakana, but not kanji, and gakken books seem to mostly be kanji.

Regarding that Kenshin armour, it is the most impressive, i have a book that shows it from several angles and the face is different on eack of its three sides, i also like the molten lava affect on the armour. but I'm going to be focusing on sekighara lords for now.

Lots of the best samurai books are expensive and hard to find, but I have found lots come on eBay periodically.

Which book is it that shows that armour? if you don't mind sharing.

There are plethora of books on castle I will list 2 that got high ratings on Amazon.

I can't vouch for the credibility of these books as I don't own them...

I've got them both, plus about 17 others and it depends on what you want. They are useful certainly but only cover certain aspects of castle construction.
