Austro-Hungarian platoon organization?

Just making a polite inquiry to see if anyone can help out. My local gaming group is about to start a series of WW1 platoon level games, based on the Western Front during the Hundred Days Offensive. To do something different, I decided to base my platoon around one of the Austro-Hungarian regiments assigned to the German 5th Army.

However, I'm having quite a bit of difficulty in finding out how an Austro-Hungarian platoon was organized. The Nafziger archives explain that Austro-Hungarian companies were reduced from four platoons to three platoons towards the end of 1917, but don't bother explaining what comprised a platoon, which is rather frustrating to say the least...

If anyone's able to help out with this, I'd be most grateful.

Since I would like too pit Austro-Hungarians versus Spanish for VSF on Venus games I am interested in this answer too.  I would want to use 15 mm but the basic organization issues would be the same.
