A Simple Warrior Rohan
« on: 17 May 2014, 09:16:25 AM »
I've been looking for figures to replace the GW Rohirrim plastic miniatures which are just to small for my tastes. I think I have found them with Musketeer miniatures. This is a Romano-British figure, but between those, the early Saxons and the Goth range, there are lots of appropriate figures.

More info, and a size-comparison with a GW LOTR figure on my blog: http://therenaissancetroll.blogspot.co.uk/2014/05/a-simple-warrior-of-rohan.html

Looks great. Think the Musketeer Dark Ages range will be perfect for Rohan.

Very convincing.
That's true that Musketeer Dark Age can make very good Rohan warriors.

Only issue I see is the lake of weapons sprues.

That looks great, Joe.
Love that shield, pretty much how I see Rohan shields, stylised and individual.
