Zulu War Brits in plastic sounds good, but Wargames Factory should release their long promised celts & romans first.

I've been keeping quiet on this one, since I am associated with Wargames Factory. In fact, I am a made man.  lol

The production issues on the Romans and Celts have been in the area of tooling and mouldmaking (about which I know very little, so don't press me for details!  ???) Since there was nothing WF could do to move that process along, we decided to carry on with the designs for some other stuff while the problems were being ironed out.

The Zulu War British are simply the first of those things.

We've learned a lot in the process - high on the list being, "Just because you want to make things happen tomorrow doesen't mean it will work out that way". Tony has given a due date for the Romans in September, with Celtic foot, horse and, er, janitorial stff to follow shortly afterwards. As you'll notice from his release, he's going to add a lot of free stuff to all who have pre-ordered to help make up for the delay.

Of course, what we really want to do is ensure that WF is able to put out a lot of attractive new figures on a smooth and reliable schedule. That's our number one objective right now --- Howard

Those are nice. What kinda scale we talking? I'm curious as to whether they stand up to the metals, myself.
