Nice job on the Humvee!

Here's my stab at the digital camo - although my Humvee is the TAG one, and the gunner is a converted Eureka Bundeswehr:

Basically 3/4 tones of grey - my middle colour is Foundry slate grey, although don't get too hung up on the tones, as apparently the uniforms fade pretty quick in service.  Left the body armour green, as i'm doing quite a few of these, and wanted a bit of variety.

Say hi to the boys down at the Irregulars for me, next time you are down there - saw Steve, Dave, Tricks & Lau on Sunday, but couldn't stop for long as had the kids in tow.
Regards
Matt P.

what was your base color for the digital? and how did you apply it? just random spots or strokes with the brush? they look great by the way!

A nice battered, in service looking Humvee Major, very cool.

Also nice job on the legoland camo pattern Akula, it really looks the part.

Cheers!

White undercoat, started with the darkest colour first - basically Foundry Slate grey, with a touch of black added (sorry can't be more technical than that).  Tried to avoid it being dots, as it is a bit more pixellated than that in real life - second colour was Slate Grey, third was light, and so on....patience and as small a brush as you can find!

These believe it or not, are the same pattern - just shows you how much it fades (so in otherwords, there is no wrong way to do the tones - its more of an impression)
