Hardest match this time for me. Zoogla's imaculate painting style would have once again made it, but the Captain's overall composition and well rounded force got my vote in the end. And now I have a nice pattern to paint my own Bengal Lancers ...

Darkoath, it's by Sloppy Jalopy. Worked out okay in the end, but was not a great quality casting, and not that easy to put together. I had to do a fair bit of titivating!

Both make me yellow from envy. I have all above models but never found time to do anything with them.

A question little off topic:
Does anyone know if there is any mini depicting such a mongol with the hawk (and maybe the princess) dismounted? I would like a couple form .45 adventure parties I am planning.

I my eyes you are the best painter here but you have to learn to set your figures in the right view.
I mean in these case why the Mongols didenīt attack the car in a big picture with some few close pictures of the Mongols faces ?
or a big picture of only the Mongols with a blue background with lots of details.
I am sure with such a picture you win the game.
