Anyone know who makes African Elephants in 28mm scale. I am drawing a blank here.

They may require a bit of converting (but maybe even not!) to suit the Colonial Era, but Aventine do some lovely African elephants:

I have a very nice African elephant from Ral Partha. Full metal, assembles well, but there are some mould lines which will require a good level of attention to remove properly as well as a slight gap between the body halves which will need to be filled.

I got mine for 5 pounds in a discount bin, but 7,50 is a very decent price, too. It is not exceedingly big, though, and will probably look best next to 25mm figures, or, if used with 28s like Copplestone or Foundry, should be based in the same way as the figures with maybe a little propping under the feet.

That Ral Partha Elephant is the one I have but can never seem to find them here in the States anymore. Thanks for the tip!

Copplestone Castings used to have a very nice savanna elephant in resin but it doesn't appear on the website anymore.

Gentleman,

i was considering a Schleich Elephant for my Gladiator Game.
http://www.schleich-s.de/de/spielfigur/spielwaren/programm/world_of_nature/wild_life/tiere_afrikas/afrikanische_elefantenkuh/index.html
Should be available everywhere:

Wondering if I’m the only one, i found this tread:

Maybe it helps a little.
