Warband size?

I have been looking through the rules and I was wondering about warband size limits. Ten is your starting max size. Get an Inn for your base and that makes a possible eleven!Get a kennel and you get a wardog that makes twelve? Am I reading this right or am I confused again?

Yeah you're right certain base add ons allow permanent extra soldiers over the normal warband limit, as do certain spells for that game only such as raise zombie
