"Citizens - surrender their weapons!"
The poster encourages to surrender their weapons, which was very much in hands of the population after being the soldiers abandoned the front and without permission returned to their homes.
It is hardly suitable for an image on a train. These trains generally carried calls for education, to help the Red Army and made fun of white and interventionists.  And, of course, praising the Soviet power.

1st May 1920 (Feast of Soviet Russia - the World Day of Solidarity of Workers). Perfect for the train.

Whiteguard poster. St. George killing the red dragon. The poster inscription: "For a United Russia!"

"Literacy - the path to communism!"
Excellent choice for the train.

Poster of the First World War, celebrating the successes of the French and the British.

Poster of the First World War. "Subscribe to the war loan."

Poster of the First World War. Russian troops celebrating the capture of the city of Lviv.

Poster of the Soviet feature film. It is hardly suitable for the trains.

Now I look or see that I have a poster of the Bolshevik ...

"Entered the service in the Red cavalry!"

"All power - the landlords and capitalists! Workers and peasants - the whip!"

"Long live the vanguard of the revolution - Red Navy!"

"Cossack you with whom? With us or with them?"

"Expel the Poles from Ukraine!"

"You volunteered for the Red Army?"

"Help the starving!"

"That's who against Soviet power."

"Beat the Polish lord! And about Baron Wrangel not forget!"

"Beat the Whites with red wedge!"

I have still a lot of posters. Continue?

I can only speak for myself I'd love to see more ,and your translations have been very helpful.I wasn't aware of the context of the surrender your arms poster. It's my intention to use parts of the posters,(slogans/images )to create purely fictional billboard images.
My own project is a land train and not a railway train,so Im fine with an interpretation of the art rather than a copy.As for the film poster I intend to use aspects of the image, and also intend on doing a series3 with a red flag and figure on the turret to act as a counterpart for this one.
Mark.

Oh please continue Cuprum!  :)

I still find it amazing that there are many books on bolshevik propaganda posters and russian constructivist avant-garde art,  but I havent found any on the propaganda trains.
