Now the warlord looks borderline psychopathic, but he hasn't gone full berserker. You never want to go full berserker...







These guys were fun to paint. Always nice to paint up something you've sculpted a part of I find. Work ongoing on their two colleagues which'll tie this project up!

I liked this guy, started as a filler to make the unit up to 4 but is no a firm favorite. I love the idea that for a shorter than average Viking to survive in the cult of the berserker he has to go *full* psycopath. Note the pinprick pupils, 'Floki' eye shadow and the ruined top of the shield where he's been chomping down in a pre-battle fever. I thought I'd give him a polar bear cloak to distinguish his further.

A (very) last minute trip to Canada means I'll be putting these on ebay in the hope of making some spending money so i will inform you all when that goes live, in case anyone might be interested in throwing a bid in.

 I still intend to start playing SAGA myself, but these guys were always a filler project to an extent. I've got my eyes on some lovely vivid Byzantines in the near future so keep your eyes out for the log!
