My first SAGA Vikings
« on: April 25, 2012, 07:11:41 AM »
Posted some pictures of my first three points for my SAGA Vikings.

http://dhcwargamesblog.wordpress.com/2012/04/25/saga-vikings-the-first-three-points/

Minis are all GB plastics, the shields are freehand.

And a little pre-view:

Enjoy,

Burkhard

A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://www.kingdomtitans.ca/us/

Sweet looking figures. Fine painting. I also have a Viking band.
I like the fact that I was able to paint up about 15 figures,
add  them to was I already had and come up with a warband.

Thank you again!

@Mac: it is much the same with me. I always found the era interesting, but never wanted to paint huge numbers for it. So being able to paint just two dozen is one of the good things about SAGA.

They are lovely - especially the shield work. Nicely done!
