I see that Wayland Games is now listing this for release in about 2 months' time (I'm not sure if I believe that).  Quoth the blurb:

"This high quality board game contains highly detailed miniatures representing the Daleks and six of the regenerations of the Doctor and a host of additional miniatures..."

So far as they can be seen, the playing pieces look OK.  No idea of their size, though (or whether the TARDISes are to scale with the figures).

At about £50 it better be good 

My eldest daughter (13) has been into Doctor Who the last couple of years (we watched the adventures of the 11th and 12th Doctors on Danish TV, for some reason the series about the 10th Doctor has not been aired around here), and she would probably find a themed boardgame interesting, if the gameplay is good.
