Glorantha Miniatures from Rapier
« on: 01 May 2017, 11:27:59 AM »

We at Rapier Miniatures are proud to announce that we have signed a licence agreement with Chaosium to produce a range of figures for this world setting.

We are starting in Prax, and will be rolling out a range od Bison Riders first, closely followed by Morokanth. We also have plans to expand our chaos range beyond Scorpionmen and other ideas.

The figures will be done in 28mm (foot to eye for standard humans) and in 6mm to allow larger scale battles to be fought.

May Issaries Bless our venture.

Nice.

Very cool, I am more into dragon pass and lunar empire stuff. But This is cool. Will you be doing Trolls?

Trolls are on our plans, Dragon Pass we have deliberately avoided for the moment as another company is doing them.

Lunars are also in our sights, got to have someone for the Barbarians and Pavisians to annoy.

Always room for more Glorantha figs in the market.  Give us some more weird broo breeds, please, and maybe some krarshtkids.

Great to see this - I have to ask though - who is doing the Dragon Pass stuff? Did I miss the memo?

I assume they mean the old Lance & Laser stuff, which are still in production through Armorcast (albeit without an explicit Glorantha tag so you have to poke around some to find everything).

There is a new line by a certain company that, although they don't have the license, are making some minis that would fit in very well with Dragon Pass. Not too sure about the legality of it, as they have also done officially licensed Glorantha product.

I meant this company here, although they have missed the date and seem to have gone quiet.

The Orlanthi warrior you previewed looks extremely cool.  I'm seriously trying to get a 13th Age: Glorantha game going and these would be just the ticket!
