While I find those Celts really interesting, it is the news bit about Germans that actually got me excited!

Horse archers might be best out of the gate first- I imagine they would be flexible enough to be used for a wide time frame.

I agree totally and will be following this. The kontos and bow armed cataphracts get all the attention but Parthian and Sassanid armies also relied on lots of light bow armed cavalry.
