The game tables look fantastic. Can you tell us about the buildings? Some look like resin kits, some plastic, some MDF. Do the roofs lift off?

See earlier post for break down of buildings, with the addition of the 'Chinatown' buildings are mostly by Knights of Dice out of Australia, with the exception of the warehouse that is Micro Arts studio.  Also Eastside is all Sarissa buildings.

The only building/ship/crane that does not have a removable roof is the sand coloured warehouse/factory, it is a light weight foam building, all one piece. The living quarters on the ship lift apart, but there is no hold. I may get around to carving one out of the Styrofoam hull, and cut up the deck to create hatches.

The Old Glory resin buildings have lift off roofs, but only a ground floor. One could certainly glue in some supports, and build an upper story floor.

All the wood building (the remainder of the collection) can have the roof and any floors lifted off.

Some in action pictures of the five games.
AAR to follow for 1 or 2 of the games (just did not have time to cover all the games in detail.

Some concept shots of my 'South Sea Club', particularly good for the Social Affair scenario, but also good for other scenario/ideas. The 'stage' lights up, but that may not be enough reason to keep  it. I think I will go with a round stage, fits in with the sea shell better.

I have a lot of smaller sea shells so I may go all elementary school with a glue gun and a box, round or not.
BTW anyone know a source for 28mm mermaids?

It is a reworking of my Christmas special adventure from last year.
Working on the rest or the room, and the rest of the building more pics soon(ish)

Fantastic table and the "South Sea Club" is a nice addition.

Morland Studio make a nice mermaid. She's advertised as 32mm but is relatively small for a 32mm mini, and her proportions are not over the top, so that she should fit in with your other minis.

Though, there's only one variant and it may become a bit expensive (and repetitive)  to buy multiples of her.

Thank you for pointing her out.
I only need on, maybe two, to occupy a large 'water' tank' on the back wall of the club.

Clearly the South Sea Club is a classy joint. lol

That's a cool set-up! Inspired use of seashells.

That's a brilliant use of the shells. Spot on with a 20's/30's look.

The "South Sea Club" is just an AWESOME IDEA!!!  :-*

I only need on, maybe two, to occupy a large 'water' tank' on the back wall of the club.

And please make them REAL ONES like on that classic:

And the display from this 1:43 James Bond Cars Lotus can be a converted into a perfect sea water mermaid tank IMHO:
