The Klingons got revenge for last December's horrible outing using FASA Star Trek Starship Tactical Simulator rules (yes, that title is a mouthful). These are an easier version than the venerable Star Fleet Battles rules, and play much quicker.

And for the first time ever, I think, I blew up an enemy ship in a starship game....  :D lol

We had a Star Wars skirmish on Sunday using Galactic Heroes rules. Six players, with a wild and crazy flow to it. We each had our own objectives, but limited knowledge of the Spaceport we were playing on.

We were also breaking in Keith's (Orcafinn on LAF) newly-built spaceport. Mostly from pre-printed cardboard or paper terrain, it looked really nice. Read about the game and see lots more photos here:

Your crew is 6 players, every Sunday, for 40 years? Y'all have super patient spouses/partners!

Three of us have been gaming together weekly since our teenage years, and we're in our 60s. We knew each other before we knew the spouses! Two were added more than a decade or two ago and show up like clockwork. One was an original in our group and disappeared for a couple decades due to a spouse that wasn't as supportive as the others.  :D

The last one, our regular host nowadays, has a wife who hosts several of the ladies on Sunday evenings. So, some of the spouses/significant others are getting together simultaneously with us (just upstairs, while we're downstairs). The "8th" is a bachelor currently with no significant other, but he shows up the least of everyone...ha, ha!

So yeah, we are VERY lucky!  ;D

Looks like the rebel moon popcorn bucket.  Tired uploading pictures of it, but not cooperating.  You can find them on eBay for around $12.00 or so.  Been in my 'I want list' for a while.

YES! That's what Keith said it was. He's off on a canoeing trip and I haven't had a chance to answer him. He even flipped the lid showing us where the popcorn supposedly goes...  lol

Firefight on Ganymede Station two Saturdays back. Our heroes won but the star of the show was the TenFold Dungeon setup.

That is a Cigar Box Mat made of fleece, according to Keith.

I have to say that I am much more satisfied with the fleece mats that I have bought more than the neoprene ones. They're expensive, for sure, but they way less, pack up easier, and don't have that slight neoprene shine.

I am also a big fan of the fleece mats!  They are really easy to store, move, and play on.

That is indeed an awesome setup. Every Sci-Fi gamer would love to play a game on that board...!  :-*
