Just for the record I don't just play with cardboard. But ..... Having said that .Andy its possible to interpret everyone of those vehicles in card.  ;)
...

You're giving me ideas now...

Those two minibuses (?) look grand, but I'm not sure I'd want to ride in them especially in bad weather.

A couple of pretty cool pulp cars in here:

Also I had to laugh when they just casually pass by the Benz Patent-Motorwagen with absolute briefest possible of mentions... "oh and here's the first car ever... moving on to the GOOD STUFF..." (10:05 - blink and you'll miss it).

I joined my gun with pirate swords, and sailed the seas of cyberspace.

You've reminded me ,we'll have to give Vodkafan a prod. As I sent him some different wheel styles to play with,an age ago.

I am suitably stung. I completely forgot you asked me to do something else as well, well before Christmas...
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

Here's a 1/48 scale Tamiya model I put together for our Pulp Alley games. I 3d printed some slightly larger wheels to replace the ones it came with...

The Traction Avant is a great car to use for 28mm, because it was such a low slung car for it's time, it looks "right" with a large variety of figure sizes.

A photo of a new car and truck (1/48 scale) I put together for our Pulp Alley games...

This is the second time I've used these kits and I like how well they scale next to 28mm minis. However, they are really low quality and I would not recommend them unless you have at least 3d6 in Cunning or Finesse.  ;)

What kits are they? Might still be worthwhile for some if they're cheapo.

Good looking vehicles, but where are the lamp-posts from?

Also that building with the fancy doorway?

Beige building looks to be the Dust Tactics Warzone Tenement (Which I cannot find anywhere atm).
Green building looks to be from the Old Glory Chicago Wars range.

I would like to see D Phipps post some in depth shots of his terrain with links to where he got/made it etc.  ;)
If he hasn't done so already.
Yearly painting challenges only show me how useless I am at painting...

Dave has a terrain-building thread which is quite long... just check his profile for threads started and you should be able to dig it up! (I'd look myself, but I'm phone-posting at the moment).

THANKS! Glad you like them.

The streetlights are simply O Scale bits re-purposed for our Pulp Alley games.

The fancy building is for Dust Tactics. I got several sets at a good discount when they were having a big sale. But I had to design the 3d print the windows and doors myself.

Our massive Pulp Alley thread pops up occasionally when we have something new to add, which reminds me --- http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=15132.0
