Mini-miniatures Naval Rules Request

Hello,

I want to multi-base my 1/4800 Tumbling Dice ships for the Age of Sail (they are small, my eyes have glasses and my fingers are proportionately far too big). Are there any recommendations for multi-based naval rules in the Age of Sail? I realise it might be functionally impossible, but fingers crossed!
