Bushido has a snake faction with a decent number of snakemen.

It could be a problem to find them (they are out of production), but chronopia range have some snakemen  :

The old Clan War range had an entire Naga/snakeman faction, but I'm not sure if they're in production anymore.  Valiant used to make them but they're no longer on their site.

The Ophidians from Rackham had some lovely miniatures which would make great characters. The company went under a good few years ago but you can still get the models here:

Or on eBay.

Not to derail the thread but is that store "legit"? I have suspicions.

Jup. It's a Russian site, but they deliver and don't get hampered by customs and such. Ordered from them in the past, takes a while to get here, but in excellent condition.

I think what Mr may was asking is are these originals or ....recasts Since it seems suspicious for any store to have such a large range of OOP miniatures.

I had no problem with an order to the uk and was able to get a few bits and bobs which I missed during Rackhams closing down firesale.

I was also a bit suss since when I ordered the site had only just appeared, but it all went through fine and I think I was able to track the order.

I'm pretty certain they are recasts when they arrived since some of the miniatures were resin, but the quality was good and the Rackham had long since gone under. And it was the only way I could get some of the samurai goblins that I was missing - the ronin ogres in particular.

I had invested quite heavily in Rackham miniatures as well as the books and magazines so was gutted when they folded. Sad story of a pretty exciting company's demise  :'(

Ok, that's what I was trying to subtly suggest. lol
I'm 100% sure they're recasts with no license but was willing to be proven wrong....

They claim they bought some of the old Rackham moulds, which were on sale at a certain point in time. Cmon bought other moulds and no one suspects them.

Oh yes recasts...100%. But they are THE source to get certain Rackham models for "normal" prices. eBay can be absurd...

Wizkids has a couple of snakemen, but on pre-order, due to release on November IIRC

For 15mm scale, I did sculpt some multipart snakemen (the torsos are separate)

https://www.alternative-armies.com/collections/sengoku-15mm-japanese-fantasy/products/sgfp10-centipedes-and-snake-devils-pack

Now these are excellent! Maybe you could do some snake torsos? That would be great for all the 15mm players like me out there...;)

The closest in what I've already sculpted would be the bald torso with the shoulderpads. Bit of a Ken Ishikawa-inspired buddhist hell-vibe.
