Every since the Nickstarter was announced I have been working on getting a Frontier Town board ready. I have finally finished the painting of the buildings that will go on the board.

All the buildings are scratchbuild.

Five of them are of an older date, originally used for our Deadlands RPG, but they have been altered here and there, some given interior and all given a brush up on the painting.

The Hotel, Blacksmith and Marshal's office are the new buildings - where the layout is based on the wonderful Sarissa Precision buildings.

Very nice!

Maybe you could add a couple of small windows in the back of the Marshal's Office/Jail, for the mandatory Prison Break scenario!  ;)

Thank you for the nice comments.

I finished the last pieces of scatter terrain and set up a table with everything - never had a table with so many hiding places  lol

Hi S.J. the table looks great, all the buildings tie together really well, I like the base board you have done. Presumably sand glued to a board.

Just a quick question, did you paint it or is it natural sand?

If natural, I wondered if you had considered putting a lip under one of the boards so that you could sprinkle sand over the gap to hide it.

Either way, very pleased you posted as it looks very similar to what I would like to achieve.
Cheers
