Amin Dimood and the Island of Fear
« on: August 24, 2017, 11:26:26 AM »
Morning all.  We had a smashing game of Sharp Practice on Tuesday night with a slave rebellion on a Caribbean Island during the Napoleonic Wars.  All rather tongue in cheek but great fun.  You can read all about it here: http://toofatlardies.co.uk/blog/?p=6897

A few snaps for flavour

Cheers

Rich

Great report! And very funny indeed! Also I absolutely agree with your parting words: it is about how the story goes.

Cards? What's this talk about cards? The rebellious slaves needed some movement dice! 4 and 2, indeed.
And the glorious general led the advance
With a glorious swish of his sword and his lance
And a glorious clank of his tin-plated pants. - Dr. Seuss

Vincent, the funny thing was that the slaves had a "step Out" rating of 1, so one additional command card would have given them an additional movement dice and almost certainly have got them into contact.  But luck was definitely against them.
