Eric, try the Dee Zee cave bears.
They are big.
If you need a comparison picture i can take one.

The lions are looking good, and I particularly like the bear. I have searched the reaper site and can't find it! Do you have a link?
Cheers

even with the reference i don't find it in the reaper catalogue and on the web.
I found it only at my ebay's reaper seller. A french one.
Here it is https://www.ebay.fr/itm/1-x-DIRE-BEAR-BONES-REAPER-figurine-miniature-rpg-stoneskull-ours-77494/292183480070?_trksid=p2485497.m4902.l914

Eric - thanks for this, there is a guy near me who imports Reaper figures I will ask him if he can get me one. I think its a good find.

How are you going with your project, have you tried the rules for a game yet, I am very interested in how they work, I had a look at your blog but could not see anything regarding games.

Vagabond

Hope it will work for you.
Actually, i'm still working on the figurines and don't get time to play with the rules. My gaming pages are based on the left side of my blog page, just below Clint's picture. ;)
i'll post any hunt report right there.

see here a report from Mike Demana web site (the author of Song of Drums and Tomahawks).

Rui

thank you for the comparison scale. Now, i don't know what i'll do for my bear : Bones or not Bones ? o_o

Nic

As you say ! Mine is a Celtos one but i like the agressive pose of the DeeZee  ;D

For those interested into prehistoric animals, a good news. Amazon Miniatures are back in town !
Now produce by the http://www.wargamesdesignworkshop.co.uk

i'm just looking for a good (and cheap) Terror bird like that one

enjoy

Eric

For a Terror Bird, look out for a Pathfinder D&D one or if you cannot source a cheap one locally try Steve Barber at http://www.stevebarbermodels.com/28mm-prehistoric-settlement/49-28mmphorusrachus.html

I used a combination of figures from Michael's Craft Store for the beasts, and repurposed some old Descent figures for my cavemen.  So far the game is a big hit with the family!

Cavemen:

Apex Predators:

Giant Steppe Mammoth:

And FIRE!:

Thank you sespe for sharing your project with us  ;)

From Lucid Eye, we'll have some new friends to add to our games. But for wild humanoïds clan or more primitive one.

enjoy

Eric
