« on: September 09, 2017, 05:36:10 PM »
We played 4 games of the French and Indian War variety at Recruits.
To read about the games, the changes to the basic rules and to see lots more photos, go here:

The table looks great! Love those stone walls... :-*

Did you just glue tiny rocks/ballast together? Or are they a commercial product?

Thanks, Mike!

Rock walls are a JG Miniatures product - even I don't have the patience to stack rocks like that!

I get them at Treefrog: http://www.treefrogtreasures.com/c-1232-buildings-structural-accessories.aspx?pagenum=2&pagesize=100

Great looking terrain and miniatures!  Looks like it was an exciting game, as well.

Beautiful terrain, I especially like the moss on the fallen trunks! The fire markers came out very well in the pics! Great games you had there! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks again, All.

DintheDin - the moss is an attempt to get more "green" in my forests. I like the smoke markers, too - so much so I just got some more from Litko that are 50mm tall!

sespe - I haven't felt the need to melt anything down but this period and this scale in particular has just about eclipsed all my oth3r projects!
