1st Edition Profile Compatibility

I've never played Strange Aeons 1st Edition and I only picked up 2nd Edition earlier this year.

Are the older Lurker profiles from 1st Edition compatible with 2nd Edition? Do they use the same characteristics etc.?

I'm asking because I just purchased a copy of Shocking Tales 3 & Morbid Adventures so I could make use of the 1E profiles contained in those expansions that weren't brought into the 2nd Edition core rulebook -- like the dinosaurs etc.

 Until those profiles get re-written for second edition the existing ones seem like they're probably fine (I haven't tried them yet though).
