Shipment from China to US

Hey,

Just purchased a rule book from a company in China.
I was wondering if anyone on LAF had ever bought something
from China so I would have some idea on how long it will take to
get my purchase? Week? Two Weeks? A month?

China to the UK is typically 2-4 weeks.

Its great for non-urgent stuff as the price is usually really good. Much less useful for stuff you need quickly.

Fastest I've had to the UK was three days (for a 99p item) and longest is Ella over two months.  I think some items are bulk packed and shipped via slow boat and others sent by air - I've never been able to work it out as the items are either loss leaders or funded by the government to get foreign currency into the mainland banking system.

I've only had one lost shipment and they replaced that with no issues

Waiting on a couple 1/48 SU-152s now. Purchased on Sept.1 Just cleared San Fran 2 days ago.
I've only ever done it 2 or 3 times but a month for models is what I remember as normal.
