Using GB plastic Vikings for Goth Hearthguard in Saga

Hi guys!
Do you recon i could use the GB plastic vikings for goth hearthguard? I have some West wind saxon heads wich I would use to make them look older.

maybe use oval shields too.
GB Vikings are quite generic when you change heads and remove religious symbols.

Things to look at are swords pommels and maybe shorter sleeves.
