We've just been informed by our card reader operating company, 'worldpay', that their device – which we use to accept card payment at shows – does not work outside of the UK.
Obviously we have strong feelings on this issue, but all we can do is apologise to customers for the inconvenience this causes them (and us).
One way around the problem is to pre-order with us, not only does this allow payment in advance by card, but it also gives you a 10% pre-order discount.
Cash payment is also available at the show.
Once again, we apologise for this technical issue that will effect us at Crisis.
[Obviously the card reader will work at all the UK shows we attend, before and after Crisis.]
