Thanks all!

Here is the now finished halftrack:

The kit itself is by Rubicon, but I modified the canvas cover and added stowage and extra track links. The gunner is a conversion using parts from the new Empress miniatures Volksgrenadier range!

Let me know what you think!

Now back to the american captured Kettenkrad and some Volksgrenadiers on foot.

Marc

Very well done, sir !
You've done a wonderful paintjob on this vehicle, and the details bring some life to this mini.

Simple yet elegant conversion! Superb stuff!
Now listen to me you benighted muckers. We're going to teach you soldiering. The world's noblest profession. When we're done with you, you'll be able to slaughter your enemies like civilized men.

Cheers Guys!

New update - a 'stolen' Kettenkrad, inspired by Saving Private Ryan:

This was so much fun to do!

Next up a few Volksgrenadiers and then on to some US armour!

These are beautifully done, and your scenery just sets them off a treat. If you enter them in the next LAF painting league I would expect you to be somewhere near the top, at the very least making some of the 'old hands' on here sit up and take notice anyway!

Those Empress Miniatures are really top notch, especially with that superb painting style of yours
