Latest superhero/pulp/weird scifi project off the workbench, intended as a transformation set. 



Doctor Ego is "just" an evil supergenius mastermind until he chugs his purple potion of power.



Then you get to face the full might of Super-Ego, whose brawn is almost as great as his matchless intellect.



Both are Reaper figs, with Super-Ego getting a much larger cranium sculpted on so the transformation is a little more obvious.



And yes, of course Doc is wearing extra-stretchy green trunks under his lab gear, because Doctor Ego is always prepared.

Thanks.  That "clay golem" muscleman fig is just about perfect for superhero conversions, the only real trick is to come up with some new wrinkle on each conversion.

Thanks!  Looking at Reaper's Chronoscope range, there's a surprising number of mad science types in the mix - and even more when you dip into the Deadlands figs.  Maybe I should do a "Council of Technocrats" collection if these figs don't sell on their own, eh?

Reaper even sells a converted not-Savage Dragon version as a super-mutant.  Pretty much just the base fig with a mohawk - which is pretty much just the Hulk with a mohawk anyway.
