Can anyone recommend where to get a large black table cover for gaming? I keep going to shows and forgetting a cover to go underneath my gaming board.

You could try black bedsheets - just be prepared for some judgemental looks from the Sales Assistant Wilkinson's had them pretty cheap when I bought one to use as a space mat.

Someone does black felt mats as well. I forget their name, but they are often at shows flogging various scenery bits and pieces

I just have a big black sheet of felt...but that's not particularly classy.

Go to the haberdashery dept of John Lewis and buy however many metres of felt you need in whatever colour you like.
