Anyone else having trouble loading the uniform page at Iron Duke Miniatures?

More specifically page 4 the uniform info under the tab 'historical notes' It was/ is a gold mine of info but now I can't get it to load on any browser.

* Never mind* I got it to load after 20-30 refreshes and immediately saved it as an HTML page, text page and PDF.
