Brilliant write-up of what was clearly an epic battle of true Tolkien-esque proportions! Roger the Troll was by far my favourite (snigger)

Great looking collection of minis too! I have a load of Elves and Orcs (and a troll - who won't be called Roger!) sitting in the part painted/unpainted pile and this kind of thing does make me want to drop everything and slap some more paint on them.
