Great idea with the donkey, games need more things like this on the table.

With regards small squads in BA, Jim Hale made a good suggestion for these in his SCW mods. You would Of course need an opponent who plays WWII not the rule set.

Thanks - I agree, as more play BA in my groups, the more options (hard core tournament style games through to pure silliness and fun) I'll have. Each has their merits. I also picked up the Foundry set of downed Luftwaffe pilots, so they're mixed into the squads for colour (both visually and background-wise).
