My fluffy grass mat

I have had a few request about how I made my latest mat. I always wanted a matt that I could unroll and ta.da: there was most of the work done. I wanted thing like roads to be integral to the matt, but I also wanted to the grass to be, well for want of a better word 'fluffy'.

is there a reason why you can't do the caulking / landscaping on the pvc side - is it because it wouldn't adhere well?

Out of interest how well does the mat roll up? Does it stay very flat when you unroll it or does it need weighing down?

not the cheapest, but the vinyl side is v. good - quite useable in itself for a barren locale - and better than most gaming mats I've seen / have, in that it has some slight degree of 'depth' to the texture.

lined size seems the kind of thing shown in the OP's pics - hope so.
