Some progress pictures now that the bulk of the work on the residential tiles is pretty much done

I’ll be fitting a wall behind each of the water pumps

Looking good, but won't it be hard to fit your hands inbetween the buildings?

Thanks chaps  :)

..... won't it be hard to fit your hands inbetween the buildings?

Every tile layout optimises spacing so there’s room for hands to move figures about. Also, the people I play with are great respecters of terrain and minis  ;) 8)

A bit more progress. I’ve added the ‘flying’ bridge between the two warehouse facades. It’s removable so the warehouse(s) can be used without it.

The outside will be clad with clapboard and I’ll add fake doors to the interior.

It’s held in place by two metal rods  incorporated into its lower parts, which act as lugs to slot into holes drilled into warehouse sidewalls.

I might add magnets to the road section for extra security  but ‘as is’ it holds together pretty damn good  :D

Cheers chaps  :)

I remade the cemetery  gates as I didn’t like them. Just need to engrave the flagstones then this one is ready for painting.

Btw, for Phase 2 I will be adding another 30cm sq tile of graves/tombs/mausoleum  that will butt up to and extend rearward from this entrance. To have done the whole cemetery now would - as such a big piece - have dominated the table.

Looks good but wouldn't they better actually set between the pillars and not back from them?
