Hello new site

I arrived at the Wargames Illustrated site using the leadadventureforum.com URL. Only after a couple of refreshes I arrived here. Anyone know how that is possible ?

Man, I had some serious withdrawal.

Some of the formatting changes (the margins) are irksome but I guess it's growing pains.

Once I remembered my password it worked.

The spacing etc is a bit odd on a tablet.

My problem is, that the screen is not really fitting for iPad/Pads.

I had the same at first. The correct address is http://leadadventureforum.com/

The address http://leadadventureforum.com/ redirects to Wargames Illustrated, which as Prof.Witchheimer and Nick have said provides technical support.

Mark from Wargames Illustrated did all the technical swopover stuff and gave us space on their server, which is why their address comes up. They've done it all for nowt, so thanks very much to Mark for his work.

I had a choice of asking WI, or getting my tech guy to do it. The difference is Ian who looks after the North Star websites isn't in the hobby, and WI are.

What'll they get for it? When I introduce the banner ads, you'll see me, Miniaturicum/ LAF Miniatures and Wargames Illustrated there.

Had to reset my Password but everything looks good to go!!  Thanks for getting the best forum in the Net up and running again.  A question though, it doesn't really apply to me but is the display of the swastika still forbidden now that the site is no longer hosted through a German provider?

minor cosmetic and graphical discrepancy issues aside (that's the joy of new software versions!) glad to have my fix of LAF back.
