I was surprised no one else linked to this one, so thought I'd set the ball rolling. Minis are high-quality resin, so in terms of 'miniatures board game' this is more in line with Kingdom Death (without the boobies).

I waited long for these Minis, but thought to get them for painting not gaming.
Now with KS and a complete game I don't know if I'll join or not

Yes, I thought a few would be great additions to pulp gaming, but I'm not buying a whole game for 1-2 minis.

I suppose I'll wait for the KS to complete and for boxes to go to the breakers as they always do.

The sculpts are very much on the hyper realistic looking side which can sometimes look a bit weird at that scale but I do like these. I'll keep an eye out for these as separates too.

Yesterday I read: no Kickstarter, but preorder and delivery only to 3 countries (US, UK and Spain),
I find this pretty underwhelming

They are describing it as a pre-order, yet have replied to several Facebook comments saying it won't be available outside their web-store, and orders end mid April.

No option to buy the three base minis as standalone figures...  It seems Knight models don't like money.

WTF??? That’s even worse than I could have imagined.

I’m not a big Potter fan, but the quality of the sculpt and the hope to get my wifey into tabletop gaming made me consider a big pledge... and now:

1st it’s no Kickstarter but a pre-order
2nd they don’t send into the EU except for Spain and announced that in a Facebook chat?
3rd they announced that the game won’t ever be available anywhere I can buy it...also announced in FB
4th it will be a limited preorder and no regular sale...

I really don't get Knight Models. They acquire some big licenses, make excellent models and have some of the best painted examples you'd find in any webstore. Yet their actual business practices are completely erratic. Not long ago, they had some Lord of the Rings/Hobbit license. They produced a few large scale figures and a mighty 3 (IIRC) 35mm ones. Then dropped them without notice. Their Marvel line (rather more complete): a press release stating it ended, and figures removed from their webstore with immediate effect. And now a Harry Potter range+game. Delayed a few months I think, but ready for a Kickstarter.. and then this. Only available for pre-order over the course of a single month and shipping to 3 countries. How does this business even function?

And within hours of saying there would only be a pre-order, now suddenly claim it will be available in retail as well. Finally, they have expanded the list of countries they ship to.. a bit. Portugal, Ireland and Andorra are suddenly possibilities as well. Woo.

KM have some incredible artistic talent but they are pretty hopeless at the business end. I've been looking forward to this since it was announced all the way back in 2016 but I'll probably wait until a few months after the release before buying. Assuming it's available to buy through normal channels.

They're offering a pretty hefty 40% off on the 'All In' deal but that's a lot of cash to put out. I'd really only be interested in the miniatures.
