Managed to get a bit more done on this whilst waiting for other things to dry, namely the front bit. It's still quite blocky and the cockpit needs to go on the top (see picture below) but the form is getting there. The spine will be a lot thicker but I need to have a look for some suitable struts that'll fit.

It's not really Star Wars without gubbins filled recesses  :) Only the one on this ship but there'll be plenty of Star Wars styling panelling to make it feel at home along with plenty going on at the rear around the engines.

And here is a iphone sketch of what the cockpit will potentially look like. I need some more thought on this but the general idea is to have the 'glass' projecting slightly over the prow. I might need to take off some of the top front of the prow but we'll see (I'm making it up as I go along lol)

Put the beer down Steve and walk away  lol

Potentially smaller pods could be attached to the spine on the sides but we'll see how it goes.

Dude, this is Mos Bibbly. You're thinking of Mos Ogdenville and Mos Haverbrook.

That is a rather nifty build, straight lines and angles and all. I must admit I had hopes for that cargo lifter from Solo when I saw the new topic header, but this is quite special already (although I must say the overall layout doesn't exactly go "Star Wars" for my taste - still, given panelling and greeblification, I'm sure it will fit right in).

Wizards of the Coast. I've only got the one unfortunately but I'm sure he'll turn up on ebay at some point.

Cheers Rafa  :)

So, fluttering around I took some photos of the figures and most of the scatter terrain I’ve got so far. The ones in the last picture are available here http://www.oshiromodelterrain.co.uk/scifi.html

Droids. Back row are bendys, front row are scratch built

Rebels. All bendys apart from the Jedi and now they have a coat of mat varnish.

Imperials. All bendys including the probe droid. Officers now have a coat of mat varnish.

Scum. All bendys apart from the little fella in purple. These also now have a coat of mat varnish (see the pattern developing here  lol)

Large scatter. This isn’t all of it, there are other bits in the garage.

Based scatter. For a more clumpy feel.

Small, loose scatter (available in the catalogue link above)

Tag and Bink are for scale purposes  ;)

You've scrubbed up those bendies nicely. I think you need a rancor though.

Thanks chaps  :)

I think you need a rancor though.

It has potential but I’d have to with ‘Legends’ canon and re-read the Tales from Jabba’s Palace  ;)
