Another project that I have been finally getting around to is my Brigade LGM's. They come under the umbrella of the pulp sci-fi stuff that I have been preparing for a month or two (some of you may have seen them on the Rattrap Games forum).
After twenty years of painstakingly painting figures at slower and slower rates the empahisis on my projects these days is to simply "get them done". With that in mind I now tend to cut as many corners as possible, including using the controversial "dip" to speed some things up. I also drybrush more often, avoid highlighting black altogether etc, etc.
I am still pleased with the results of current efforts such as these guys (and the rate of turnover has invigorated my enthusiasm for painting all over again).
Comments and criticisms are welcomed!

Below is a shot of the little guys in action, surrounded by some admittedly cheesy, but undeniably appropriate pulp sci-fi terrain (Im new around here. Are terrain shots such as these appropriate for this part of the forum?).
I have three scratch built tripods nearly complete too. I will put up shots when they are finished in a couple of weeks.
