I am though no longer in charge of the project. The project owns me and keeps expanding beyond control! 

I just realize that I need minis for all the main characters of this drama and I am lacking a few which I would be grateful to receive some proposals. My biggest concern is to find a suitable King Henry II of Jerusalem. He was 21 years old in 1291 and I would ideally like to have him portrayed as he leaves Acre by ship May 18. I imagine him in chainmail and a surcoat with a sword sheated ( not drawn). Maybe with a mantle and a crown on his head. Very much like this one but dismounted:

And staging a few action shots with Boromir and a few Templar sergeants are skirmishing in a village outside Acre before the siege:
